2004-9-13 最近看到有些朋友從客服得到了SX1的解鎖碼，卻還是出現(xiàn)解鎖失敗的情況，我分析這里有幾種情況導(dǎo)致問(wèn)題：
最大的可能是在解鎖時(shí)輸入解鎖碼出錯(cuò)，
第二種情況，由于IMEI號(hào)碼比較長(zhǎng)，容易打錯(cuò)，可能你在發(fā)送email填寫(xiě)自己機(jī)身IMEI碼時(shí)出錯(cuò)，從而造成“連環(huán)錯(cuò)”，客服提供的解鎖碼當(dāng)然就不對(duì)，
最不可能的一種情況就是客服提供的解鎖碼是無(wú)效的。
對(duì)此，我整理了一下西門(mén)子澳洲客服回信中提示用戶(hù)注意的解鎖要領(lǐng)，希望對(duì)大家順利解鎖有幫助。
回信原文：To unlock your handset, please do the following:
1.Remove your Sim card and switch on your handset.
2.Once you switch on your handset, the display would show "insert sim card. Enter the master code.
3.A "Please wait" message will after you press on the last "#" symbol of the mastercode provided.
4.If you have successfully unlock your handset, it should display "phone code deleted!" However, should you encounter "Incorrect!
Please wait" or "Invalid Entry!, you have to switch the phone off and try again.
Note: If you entered the mastercode incorrectly, it would take longer than usual to unlock the phone because the turnaround time
would increase exponentially. Your best bet is to switch off the phone and try to key in that mastercode next day.
I suggest that you maintain a copy of both the Master Code on a piece of paper for your own reference in the future.
其中提到的解鎖要領(lǐng)：
1，取下SIM卡，開(kāi)機(jī)
2，開(kāi)機(jī)后，屏幕顯示“插入SIM卡，輸入解鎖碼”
3，當(dāng)你輸入完解鎖碼最后一個(gè)“＃”號(hào)，會(huì)顯示“請(qǐng)稍候”
4，如果解鎖成功，會(huì)顯示“安全碼已經(jīng)刪除”，但如果顯示“錯(cuò)誤！請(qǐng)稍等”或“輸入錯(cuò)誤”，那您只能關(guān)機(jī)并重新嘗試了。
注意：如果你輸入錯(cuò)誤的解鎖碼，之后的解鎖時(shí)間將比通常要更長(zhǎng)，因?yàn)閺?fù)位時(shí)間將程曲線增長(zhǎng)。這時(shí)您最好關(guān)機(jī)并隔天在嘗試輸入以上解鎖碼。
建議您在一張紙上記錄下這個(gè)解鎖碼，以備日后不時(shí)之需。
